Lehader Layout — Order & Account Notifications

Lehader Layout operates a text message program that sends customers notifications about their own orders and projects relating to our typesetting, page layout, and related design services. This program sends service and transactional messages only. Lehader Layout does not send promotional or marketing text messages, and does not send text messages on behalf of any other business, affiliate, or third party.

What we send

Replies to messages and calls you send us, proof and project status updates, order confirmations, invoice and payment notices, and direct replies to questions about your order or account.

How to sign up

By phone. Consent is collected verbally, over the phone. When you call us, or we speak with you about your project, a Lehader Layout representative asks whether we may text you about your order. Before your number is added, the representative tells you that Lehader Layout will send order, project, and account text messages; that message frequency varies; that message and data rates may apply; that you can reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help; and that these SMS Terms are at https://lehader.flexvivid.com/sms-terms and our Privacy Policy is at https://lehader.flexvivid.com/privacy-policy. Your number is added only after you say yes. We keep a record of each verbal consent, including the date and the number enrolled.

You can also text us first. If you send us a text, we will reply to that conversation.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from Lehader Layout or of using any of our services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your order or project.

Cost

Lehader Layout does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also opt out by calling 848-272-7558 or emailing lehader@mail.flexvivid.com.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and device.

Message delivery is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. Changes to these terms
